With the release of iSAM Mobi version 3.0, we are glad to announce an updated feature list that gives you hands-on access to your iSAM 7 / SugarCRM data wherever you are.
Application Features
Easy to Use: Simply enter the web address of your iSAM 7 or SugarCRM 5.5 / 6, along with your username and password and you’re set to Sync your iSAM / SugarCRM data locally on your Phone / Tablet PC. All of your data will be available to you in much the same way as your emails when using ‘Mail’ on your device.
Universal Application: Version 3 of iSAM Mobi now offers native support for the application on the iOS and Android. The App has been designed to work on all these devices. The interface automagically morphs to fit your device resolution.
Extended Module Support: iSAM Mobi will automatically download records from the following modules on your app; Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Opportunities, Cases, Calls, Meetings, Tasks, Notes. However, it doesn’t stop there – if you have custom fields or custom modules on your iSAM 7 / SugarCRM system, you can add those to iSAM Mobi too. Our extended module support gives you full access to your custom data, wherever you are.
Powerful Search and Data Filters: With our new RESTful engine powering the app, you can quickly search through records across multiple iSAM 7 / SugarCRM accounts, even while off-line. If you only want to see specific data, such as records assigned to a given user or tasks that have not yet been completed – our custom data filters allow you to customise exactly how the application lists records.
Device Integration: iSAM Mobi integrates with the capabilities offered by your Phone / Tablet. If you tap on a phone number, you will be given the option to call or text the contact from within the app. If you tap on a URL, a browser loads within the app. iSAM Mobi will load up Skype to make calls to allow you to call your contacts from your Phone or Tablet PC.
