Cyberaccess give rave reviews on iSAM Mobi

William D Vasu of Cyberaccess wrote to us, and we were delighted with his opening comments. We picked this feedback out because as you can see from Bill’s message he has used all the standard features of iSAM Mobi and then gone onto use it to access custom modules and fields specific developed on his CRM system.
We wanted to highlight this feature to potential users. Yes iSAM Mobi does work out of the box as you’d expect it to with iSAM 7 and  SugarCRM 5.5+ ( even though so many SugarCRM App’s simply do not work). Further more it works on SugarCRM WITHOUT any changes to the code on your server.
Beyond  that however iSAM Mobi is perfectly happy to download your custom modules and fields giving you a mobile replica of your iSAM 7 and SugarCRM systems
Here is Bill’s email

Your app is awesome for Sugar CRM access. We have struggled for months
to find one that just worked and yours was essentially perfect out of
the box.
I have only found two issues and they may be just my lack of
understanding.
One, it does not seem to let me change the label of a
custom module.
For instance, one of our custom modules comes up as
Prog_Programs by default and we would like to change it to just
Programs. The label field for the module does edit but changes back on
saving.
Second, URL fields for standard modules work just fine but URL
fields in our custom modules which seem to have identical descriptions
in the Module Builder do not show the arrow to link to the internal
iPhone / iPad browser.
Thanks for a fantastic Application !

Bill, thanks for your email. In regard to these two issues both appear to be a small bug in the code, and we’ll be providing an update for this in version 3.1 of the iOS version.
With regard to the Label issue; to rename labels for Modules and Fields is a simple interface issue. From the editor simply change the name of the field and then tab of click to move into the next field, iSAM Mobi will automatically save the new label name.
Best Wishes
